On August 15,2025, 2025 International Conference on Solid Mechanics and Materials ( ICSMM 2025 ) was successfully concluded. The conference gathered more than 20 scholars, focusing on three frontier fields of high power device packaging materials, tunnel engineering disaster control and intelligent sensing materials, and promoting the integration of mechanics and materials science.

Prof. Xu Long (Top 2% Global Scientist) from Northwestern Polytechnical University decoded failure mechanisms of porous polycrystalline sintered silver for power devices.

Prof. Danqing Song, South China University of Technology

Speech Title: Key technologies for evaluating and controlling the hydraulic-dynamic coupling failure of the surrounding rock in tunnels crossing water-rich faults

Prof. Song Danqing of South China University of Technology proposed a disaster evaluation system for surrounding rock of water-rich fault tunnel. Combined with intelligent monitoring and dynamic grouting technology, it is applied to tunnel engineering and reduces construction risk.

Prof. Jingchen Wang, Shanghai University Of Engineering Science

Speech Title: Design, Fabrication, and Performance Study of Intelligent Repairable Flexible Sensing Materials

Prof. Wang Jincheng of Shanghai University of Engineering Technology proposed a flexible sensing material that can be intelligently repaired to maintain stability in extreme temperature environments for aircraft structural health monitoring.

In the oral presentation, young scholars from different university units such as AVIC Research Institute for Special Structures of Aeronautical Composite, Shenyang Aerospace University and Chongqing Jiaotong University showed the latest research results. The topics cover the fields of impact resistance coating of aviation composite materials, 3D printing process of lightweight titanium aluminum alloy, and durability of microcapsule self-healing concrete, which highlights the diversity and practical value of solid mechanics and material research.


The conference concluded at 16:30. The organizing committee affirmed that the ICSMM conference series will continue to serve as a global platform for academic and industrial collaboration, advancing technological innovation in Solid Mechanics and Materials.


2025年固体力学与材料国际学术会议(ICSMM 2025)圆满落幕


2025年8月15日,2025年固体力学与材料国际学术会议(ICSMM 2025) 圆满落幕。会议汇聚二十多位学者,聚焦高功率器件封装材料、隧道工程灾变控制、智能传感材料三大前沿领域,推动力学与材料学的产学研融合。


大会组委会对与会者表示热烈欢迎,并强调大会致力于推动固体力学与材料更上一层楼,为固体力学的发展目标做出贡献。


西北工业大学龙旭教授(全球前2%顶尖科学家)揭示了 多孔多晶烧结银 在高功率芯片贴装中的损伤机制。


华南理工大学宋丹青教授提出富水断层隧道围岩灾变评价体系 ,结合智能监测与动态注浆技术,应用于隧道工程中,降低了施工风险。


上海工程技术大学王锦成教授提出可智能修复的柔性传感材料 ,在极端温度的环境下保持稳定性,用于飞机结构健康监测。


在随后的口头报告环节,来自中国航空工业集团公司济南特种结构研究所、沈阳航空航天大学、重庆交通大学等不同高校单位的青年学者展示了最新研究成果。议题涵盖航空复合材料抗冲击涂层、轻量化钛铝合金3D打印工艺、微胶囊自修复混凝土耐久性能研究等领域,凸显了固体力学与材料研究的多样性与实践价值。


会议于当日16:30圆满落幕。组委会表示,ICSMM 系列会议将持续搭建国际化学术平台,推动固体力学与材料的产学研融合,为全球固体力学与发展发展贡献智慧。
